We are looking for Business Development Representative to work in a Start-Up located in California and looking for talented Colombian people located in Bogota to add to our successful team.
$1000 salary, plus commissions (KPI - Demos, Appointments set, Sales closed), potential to double salary.We are located at WeWork in Calle 9- Schedule - Mon-Fri 10-7 PST.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Present our company to potential clients
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
- Build longterm trusting relationships with clients
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in a related role
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Handson experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
Pay:
$4,300,000 per month
