- At least 5 years of experience managing YouTube and social media platforms.
- Experience in managing and creating strategies for B2B YouTube/Media channels.
- Proficiency in editing videos and creating content for social media, including short and long-form videos.
- Creative eye and ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Experience in Paid Media Management, including YouTube Ads and TikTok Ads, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide references to media channels/accounts currently managed or built from scratch.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc.
- Education in Marketing or related field.
- Tech Stack: Davinci or Adobe suite, Canva for thumbnails creation.
- Work directly with clients to gather information for video creation from an account management perspective.
- Perform YouTube/Media Channel Audits.
- Analyze keywords and content effectiveness.
- Identify successful and unsuccessful content.
- Develop YouTube/Media Channel Strategy.
- Incorporate YouTube SEO/Keyword optimization into the strategy.
- Provide recommendations for content improvement.
- Develop channel playlist structures and video thumbnails.
- Manage Media placements across other channels (e.g., TikTok, Meta, etc.).
