    Requisitos:

    Nos encontramos en búsqueda de un profesional que cuente con la capacidad de analizar datos de usuarios, donde pueda desarrollar estrategias de personalización basadas en insights, siendo el puente entre la tecnología y las necesidades comerciales de nuestros clientes.

    Sólidos conocimientos en:

    • Experiencia y o conocimiento profundo de herramientas de analítica web o personalización (plus).
    • Experiencia en Javascript, SQL, HTML y CSS.
    • Experiencia de GA4, Tag Manager y uso de DataLayer.
    • Experiencia en diseño de pruebas básicas y arquitectura de datos.
    • Conocimiento de soluciones relevantes de Salesforce o Adobe.
    • Conocimiento de herramientas de personalización como Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, Adobe Target, Insider, Dynamic Yield o el antiguo Google Optimizer. (plus)
    • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para traducir datos en acciones.

    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (español e inglés) y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

    Orientación hacia resultados y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.

    Responsabilidades:

    • Colaborar con equipos internos y clientes para definir objetivos y métricas de éxito, acompañando en la consultoría de las soluciones.
    • Analizar y aterrizar las necesidades de negocio del cliente que permitan implementar soluciones de personalización, utilizando herramientas y tecnologías adecuadas.
    • Realizar pruebas y optimizaciones continuas para mejorar el rendimiento y la conversión.
    • Proporcionar informes y análisis detallados sobre el impacto de las estrategias de personalización.
