- Gestionar el proceso de PQRS que presenten los clientes de servicio y facturación.
- Autorizar las diferentes rutas de gestión que se manejan al momento de presentar moras.
- Realizar comunicados en la plataforma Web
- Realizar el seguimiento y entrega de productos nuevos solicitados
- Brindar apoyo en los diferentes productos del proceso de Servicio al cliente.
- Diseñar estrategias para recuperación de clientes
- Revisar los pendientes que quedaron del turno anterior con respecto a solicitudes, procedimientos de
- Aportar proyectos e ideas que apoyen la mejora continua de los procesos en lo que se desempeña
- Informar al jefe inmediato cualquier novedad presentada
- Garantizar la asistencia a los espacios de formación y capacitación asignador por la compañía

Experiencia:
