    Job Description:

    Job Summary:

    This position supports US Billing small package processes, He/She assists with financial reporting, case resolution, monitoring deadlines, answering needs over email or phone calls. This position researches and interprets financial data to provide accurate information to management, customers and sales personnel when needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Produces and analyzes various billing reports depending on the process assigned and standards needed.
    • Meets established deadlines and service level agreements.
    • Assists with various processes, projects and project teams as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate from Business, Finance, Accounting or related program.
    • Demonstrates an understanding of basic financial terminology.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
    • Excellent oral, written and interactive communication skills.
    • Skilled in effective research tactics with strong organization skills.
    • Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality.
    • Ability to convey a positive and professional image to internal and external customers.
    • Intermediate - Advanced English skills required.

    Schedules:

    • Monday Friday:6:00 AM - 3:00 PM7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
