    Reporting to General Manager, Director should:Deliver annual and strategic plan results;Balance short term decisions with strategy, values and reputation;Develop metrics for strategic and annual initiativesLead marketing and trade marketing department for a business unit in Colombia.

    Define the strategies to win with Colombian Consumer and with local customers through the best financial structure to grow consistently.

    Define the portfolio strategy and execution, and the right Category vision to expand the business in Colombia. Responsible to deliver Market share growth, top line growth, improve financial margins structures and drive strategic revenue management. Led the Digital transformation for the Marketing department in Colombia.
    Lead all the Digital commerce sales channel and its development. Redefine the way we serve local consumers through new capabilities in the organization Develop the key commercial strategies regarding Go-To
    • Market choices and Trade plans.

    Bachelor degree + minimum MBA;Team player, a "hands on" leader;Strong Leadership experience with 10+ years in a senior management roleFMCG Experience is a mustFluency in English;Sense of urgency;Passion for execution and sales;Decisive and acts quickly
