What success looks like in this role:

Responsibilities

Manage vendor and third party relationships, including contracts, SLAs and service levels;
Develop and implement supplier management strategies to ensure quality and performance expectations are met;
Evaluate potential and current suppliers in terms of technical, financial and quality capabilities;
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with suppliers to ensure performance expectations are met;
Monitor supplier performance and make recommendations for improvement;
Manage risks associated with suppliers and third parties and develop contingency plans;
Work closely with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met within established timelines and budgets;
Perform costbenefit analysis and make informed decisions on supplier management.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Professional in business administration, engineering or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in vendor management or vendor relationship management.
Experience in negotiating contracts and service level agreements;
Strong knowledge of vendor management processes.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with IT technologies and services.
Advanced conversational English
