This position is needed to build innovative UI's that set Twilio Communications apart from other vendors.
Twilio Communications is the leading software for sending messages programmatically. The Data Services and Throughput organization builds AI enabled capabilities that separate Twilio from its competitors in messaging capabilities.
To support our end customers, we are looking for a Full Stack Engineer that can build compelling UI's that take full advantage of these innovations.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll:
- Build Innovative UI's that showcase Twilio's AIpowered diagnostic capabilities and help customers problem solve
- Design, advise, and build with partner teams to ensure cohesive systems and console experience to serve customers
- Build automated testing capabilities that test full stack quality and scale
- Refine UX requirements and tests with product managers and user experience designers
- Deliver and iterate quickly on UI's to incrementally improve the customer experience
- Contribute to the team through the SDLC process and planning ceremonies
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Understanding of key objectoriented programming principles, constantly used in practice
- Experience with JavaScript, , TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks), HTML, CSS
- Experience building APIs, taking into account that API contract is a critical part of a good customer experience
- Good understanding of SQL
Desired:
years experience building full stack systems including UI's, API's, and data storage systems.
- Experience with AWS services
- Experience with Java
- Experience with AI / ML systems.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Ability to communicate to a variety of stakeholders and partners, and to make decisions in an innovative and unproven space.
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Colombia.
Travel
