    What can you expect in a "HR Generalist" role with TaskUs:
    The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager. In this role, you will be an integral part of the HR team assisting with Employee Relations and special projects. At TaskUs we look for individuals who are constantly striving for excellence in both their personal and professional lives.     Responsibilities and Duties
    Develop human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information and recommending courses of action.
    Improves manager and employee performance and experience by identifying problems and evaluating potential solutions.
    Oversees and completes special projects to include setting timelines, coordinating with appropriate parties. conducting research, developing and organizing information, and fulfilling transactions.
    Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
    Ensure compliance with local legal requirements by maintaining awareness of existing and new legislation including anticipating, enforcing, and advising management on needed actions.
    Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded with a focus on a ridiculously good new hire experience. Ambassador Project RC -2
    Review and file new hire paperwork in collaboration with our payroll and legal vendor.
    Administer our Employee Satisfaction Survey. Focus Groups
    Address any employee relations, employee concerns, and/or disciplinary or performance issues as they arise.
    Update/revise employment policies and procedures as required by law or necessary for the business.
    Maintain a positive culture by managing the day to day office tasks as needed. Open door culture.
    Assist in the payroll process .
    Assist in the offboarding/onboarding.
    Issue any administrative related document in regards to Covid19, Government related certificate, office or business-related documents in alignment with the Colombian Law.
    Review and approval of HR applications. Glowstick

    SST RESPONSIBILITIES
    Know, understand and apply the Health and Safety at Work policy.
    Properly use and take care of the personal protection elements, personal protection equipment and protection systems provided and implemented by the company for specific positions.
    Comply with the safety and health rules, responsibilities and regulations described by the company.
    Ensure the good order and cleanliness of their area.
    Immediately report acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, effects or possible effects on the environment, accidents and near misses, safety risks, process failures, nonconforming products and others that may affect.
    To ensure the integral care of their health and to perform work activities in a safe manner.
    Provide clear, truthful and complete information about their health condition.
    Comply with the rules, regulations, procedures and instructions of the company's OSHMS and the verbal and written indications in this regard.
    Inform the employer or contractor in a timely manner about the hazards and latent risks in their work place
    Attend and actively participate in training, induction, prevention and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST and the Coexistence Committee.
    Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives.
    Communicate all suggestions and consult all concerns related to occupational health and safety.
    Before starting any activity, identify and analyze risk situations and implement the established and required work controls.
    Make rational use of paper, water, energy and natural resources.
    Elect or be elected as a member of the COPASST or Coexistence Committee.
    Participate in the identification of hazards, evaluation and assessment of risks.
    Know and apply the actions described in the emergency plan.
    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance OR equivalent work experience.
    2+ years of direct experience; hourly population and/or call center experience highly preferred.
    Strong ability to multitask, extremely detail-oriented, great communication skills and a TaskUs attitude.
    Background in the BPO industry will be considered as a plus.
    Experience with HRIS systems, Reporting, HR practices/Procedures, Benefits and Compensation will be considered also a plus.
    Great level of English.
    Knowledge of state and federal employment law

    Education / Certifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources OR equivalent work experience
    Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:
    Office Based
    Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
