- Serás responsable de asegurar la implementación y seguimiento del Modelo SFM al segmento de negocio designado, en todo lo relacionado: Cumplimiento indicadores comerciales, entrenamiento en ventas, creación de herramientas y recursos para empoderar al asesor comercial en su labor diaria comercial y el desarrollo potencial de su micro mercado.
- Tus principales retos serán apoyar el cumplimiento de indicadores comerciales del segmento, realizar entrenamiento a la fuerza de ventas según el plan de desarrollo del módelo, realizar acompañamiento y retroalimentación en campo a los asesores comerciales, realizar informes de gestión para seguimiento de indicadores claves de la gestión comercial, diseñar e implementar mejoras continuas a los procesos comerciales: herramientas, metodologías, material de apoyo.
