- Build and manage a candidate pipeline for our clients, develop a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications, and present and close opportunities effectively.
- You have a drive for results, are inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates, and are a strong relationship builder;
- Adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft.
- Know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and are able to build and grow talent networks.
- Contacting supervisors to determine if a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs; providing customer service for existing candidates to ensure their expectations are being met.
- Must be able to develop relationships with candidates as well as internal hiring managers.
- Must be proficient with various searching techniques and have worked on popular Internet job portals (LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, GitHub, Stack, Social Media, etc)

At Netmidas we believe that finding niche talent requires an expert touchWe our on the search for a Sr IT Recruiter highly skilled at searching and sourcing qualified candidates to meet our International Client's specific needs. You will be the true owner of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Responsibilities
3+ years' experience with full life cycle technical recruiting within IT space.
