    Estamos en búsqueda de una persona proactiva, autónoma, con capacidad de resolución de novedades para unirse a nuestro equipo en el cargo de Auxiliar de Servicio al Cliente.


    Es fundamental tener un avanzado nivel de Excel (se realizará una prueba de selección para verificar), habilidades de atención al cliente y de digitación, así como identificarse como una persona de rápido aprendizaje.

    Requisito

    Experiencia certificada en Servicio al Cliente o Administración.

    Horario de Trabajo:
    TURNO TARDE, de 12 m. a 9 p.m. y Domingos de 4 p.m. a 8 p.m. Día de descanso SÁBADO. Es importante vivir cerca a Modelia o tener medio propio de transporte, esto por el horario.


    Funciones:
    Hacer seguimiento de las consultas de los clientes.
    Procesar y digitar pedidos en las matrices de Excel de la compañía.
    Resolver problemas o quejas (novedades).
    Brindar atención proactiva.
    Prevenir futuras incidencias.


    Remuneración Salarial:


    Ofrecemos un salario base de $ COP, bonificación por cumplimiento mensual de $ COP, beneficios de ley y subsidio de transporte.

    Además, brindamos una bonificación posterior a los 6 meses de inicio del contrato por fidelidad laboral de $500.00 COP.


    Mensual aproximado:
    $ COP.
