About the role The project specialist manages innovation projects to ensure the highest level of customer engagement and satisfaction. Job Scope

Knowledge:
an entry level professional. General knowledge and application of technical and business concepts, procedures, and practices. Interprets company policies and procedures to resolve issues. Beginning knowledge of industry practices and standards.

Problem solving:

applies professional concepts and company policies and procedures, analyzes data or situations, and exercises judgment to recommend solutions to solve problems.

Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be obtained.

Planning and organization:
plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule with guidance from manager.

• Business relationships and project management: begins establishing and cultivating internal business relationships to facilitate completion of tasks.

Liaison:
engages with internal company and external contacts. Uses discretion, diplomacy and tact in interactions. Your responsibilities will include

• Understands customer's needs to develop innovative solutions.
• Develops marketing strategies to position innovative solutions in the market.
• Develops alliances and partnerships to enhance projects ́ results.
• Supports the development of a culture of innovative leadership that fosters trust, empowerment, and team collaboration.
• Participates in the planning, execution and finalization of projects according to deadlines, within budget and by following organized procedures.
• Acquires resources and coordinates the efforts of team members and third party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.
• Acts as a liaison with project stakeholders and effectively communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path items while ensuring project quality and utilizing and following appropriate methodologies.
• Conducts project post mortems and communicates lessons learned in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Required qualifications

Bachelor ́s degree:
in administration, engineering, design, marketing or similar.

• English proficiency required.
• Passion for innovation.
• Strong ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in cross functional teams. Preferred qualifications

Professional experience:
one or two years.
