Helpdesk Engineer Job descriptionResponsibilities:

Resolve issues for clients via phone or electronically
Input support requests into ticketing system to ensure proper tracking, resolution, and followup
Ensure that our customer servicelevel agreements (SLAs) are upheld

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, technical support, field support or help desk environment
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Good problem solving, analytical, and teamworking skills
Must know how to troubleshoot VPN / Remote access issues
Windows 10, Windows 11 and Microsoft Server experience
Apple Mac OS and iOS experience
A MUST
Preferred Experience with JAMF and integration experience with Apple Business Manager.
O365 / Office skills
Networking experience
Familiar with Azure AD and AD Connect
Great communications skills
Must be flexible with hours/shifts and some weekend support duties as assigned.
Must have reliable transportation as tech sometimes needs to go onsite
Must have A+ certification
Intune Experience is a plus
CCNA, Security+ and other Certifications are a Plus
