About the Company:

As part of our ongoing growth and development, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Tester/Analyst to join our team for a critical implementation project involving the migration of loan systems from Megasys to Northridge.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with SCRUM teams, developers, Business Analysts (BAs), Project Managers (PM), and stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
Utilize AzureDevOps for test planning, test case management, and defect tracking.
Work within an Agile and SCRUM environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Actively participate in the migration of loan systems, leveraging your expertise to ensure a seamless transition from Megasys to Northridge.
Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolutions.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and advancements in testing methodologies.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in using AzureDevOps for test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies, with a track record of successful collaboration in SCRUM teams.
Experience working closely with developers, BAs, PM, and business stakeholders.
Previous involvement in migration projects, particularly in the context of loan systems, is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Detailoriented and analytical mindset, with a commitment to delivering highquality results.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.

Salary:
$5,663,895 - $8,822,159 per month
