This is an opportunity to join an accomplished, diverse, global Talent Marketing team in crafting and delivering talent experiences that impact why people choose to work here.

Reporting to the Associate Director, Talent Marketing you will help prioritize work for activation team members and agency partners to ensure the agility needed to meet long
- and short-term business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain master campaign calendars and partner with talent content team, agency representatives, and talent acquisition leaders to prioritize and sequence work and keep activations on track
  • Act as a liaison between agency and internal departments to manage the execution of owned, shared, and paid media
  • Facilitate campaign progress reports by gathering and reporting on performance metrics, and using this data to optimize campaign tactics
  • Influence discussions with talent partners by driving decisionmaking based on campaign insights
  • Manage expectations for business partners regarding deliverables and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure all campaigns are documented correctly within our planning tools (Workfront, Opal, SmartSheet, etc.)
  • Maintain media budgets and report on forecast vs actuals
  • Assist with job board account set up, training demonstrations, and relationship management
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and strive for flawless execution
  • Demonstrate a "roll up your sleeve and get the right stuff done" attitude
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of internal policies and procedures

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's degree with additional 2 years of experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in project management and consulting/advising stakeholders
  • 2 years of marketing/communications experience
  • C1 level of English
  • Experience managing +2 campaigns/projects at the same time and prioritizing work accurately
  • Basic proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience presenting data and insights in a visual, understandable, and actionable way
