Key Responsibilities:

Write user stories ("As a, I need, So that", Description, Acceptance Criteria, etc.)
Maintain and organize project backlog
Create clientfacing deliverables (process flows, business requirements documentation, etc.)
Elicit and prioritize requirements
Perform declarative (pointandclick) configuration with Salesforce
Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) Testing
Create test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Requirements:

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Experience with data migration
Prior knowledge of Salesforce configuration
Care for project budget and scope
Ability to identify risks and assist in mitigation plans
Prior knowledge of Jira a plus
Prior knowledge of Google Suite a plus
Strong verbal and written business communication skills
Experience in a customerfacing role
Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Fluency in written and spoken English is required
