- Execute Third-Party Integrations
- Establish and set up third-party accounts and services including GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Cloudflare, Zapier + API connections, and more.
- Provide Assistance to the Director of Operations
- Act as the primary assistant to the Director of Operations, offering assistance in various tasks and occasionally representing him.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Follow company SOPs while suggesting potential modifications or procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure Quality Assurance (QA) for Client Deliverables
- Aid in quality assurance assessments to guarantee that deliverables such as advertising campaigns and websites align with the company's standards and surpass client expectations. This necessitates the ability to perform well under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
- Monitor Client Communication Channels
- Oversee and guarantee timely responses on client communication platforms like GoHighLevel (GHL) and Helpscout, adhering to the 2-hour response guideline.
- Meeting Minutes Documentation
- Take comprehensive notes for all internal meetings attended, ensuring thorough records are maintained for future reference and action items are appropriately recorded.
- Assistance
- Provide direct support to the Fulfillment Team when necessary. This involves executing fulfillment tasks that may deviate from our SOPs to meet deadlines and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Internal Correspondence
- Engage in clear, timely, and concise communication with internal team members and external partners via email, Slack, Zoom, and phone.
