Para ser nuestro ExitosoGestor de Servicio deberas contar con Experiência en procesos de atención a servicio al cliente, en entidades con actividad economica de financiamiento, preferiblemente en entidades de financiación de vehiculos.


Asimismo, también debes contar con experiência en Atención del IVR y chat box de servicio para la resolución de las solicitudes de los clientes.


Perfil Requerido - Conocimientos en:


  • Estudiante en practica de carreras administrativas o afines
  • Tener habilidades de Administrativas, atencion y servicio al cliente
  • Disponibilidad de Trabajo Presencial
  • Horario lunes a Sabado.

Debe contar con Experiência en:


  • Manejo basico de herramientas ofimaticas, preferiblemente conocimientos basicos en matemática financiera, enfoque en servicio al cliente interno y externo.
  • Diseño e implementación de estrategias de gestión, acciones comerciales.
  • Administración, desarrollo, control, seguimiento de múltiples tareas e Indicadores, formación en procesos y campañas comerciales.
  • Enfoque en el cliente, autogestión y ejecución ágil enmarcada dentro de la visión y filosofía de la empresa.
  • Habilidades en gestión de relaciones, manejo y resolución de conflictos.
