- As a Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring in a precise and timely manner the bank, transactional and accounting reconciliation of the PayU platform operations with payment methods, ensure in an accurate and timely way the bank, transactional and accounting reconciliation of PayU platform operations with payment methods.
- Analyze of a set of complex bank account transactions with large volumes of small quantities and outgoing payments.
- Continuously follow-up on all reconciling items and provide regular updates.
- Maintain documentation for the purpose of supporting files, reports, and data.
- Tickets management
- Analysis of non-compliance and chargebacks identification
- Verify bank deposits and payments in addition periodic payment method reports.
- Identify systemic problems and making recommendations for changes or new processes.
- Perform all other related duties and / or projects assigned to meet the area needs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related careers.
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphics)
- Intermediate English level B1 - B2
- Good knowledge of accounting and bank reconciliation
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience working in a financial area (accounting, treasury, reconciliation)
- Proficiency in using reconciliation tools and software to compare and match financial records, identify discrepancies, and automate reconciliation processes.
