    Estamos buscando un Coordinador de Servicio al Cliente que garantice una respuesta oportuna a través de la coordinación efectiva del equipo humano, técnico y tecnológico, con el fin de contribuir a su solución y al logro de la misión de la organización


    Educación mínima:

    Universidad / Carreras administrativas y/o de salud

    Funciones

    :



    Liderar la gestión de PQRS (Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos y Sugerencias)

    :


    Medir y verificar el cumplimiento de los indicadores del área.

    Gestionar y resolver solicitudes
    Administrar la gestión del equipo en lo referente a turnos, horarios y asignación de responsabilidades y actividades.

    Garantizar la satisfacción del cliente en cada interacción

    :


    Atender y resolver requerimientos de los clientes a través de diferentes canales (correo electrónico, teléfono, chat, etc.).

    Implementar y mejorar procesos para optimizar la atención al cliente

    :


    Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en servicio al cliente
    Requisitos

    :



    Mínimo 2 años de experiência en atención al cliente en el sector salud

    :


    Experiência en la gestión de PQRS

    Experiência en el liderazgo con personas a cargo

    :


    Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.

    Capacidad para trabajar en equipo

    :


    Orientación al cliente y enfoque en la resolución de problemas
