    ThisRole:

    As a Software Engineerwithin the Company's team, you will build the technology to supportmillions of customers worldwide. Our unique locking technologycombines our proprietary "secret sauce" and the effective use ofdata to give users credit-based products in emerging markets. We'realso focused on world-class app design, web frontend and backend,and partner API integrations. As a key part of the Company's globalengineering team, you need to be up for any technical challenge andwilling to learn newtechnologies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Codesoftware primarily in PHP, Javascript/Vue/AngularJS, HTML, CSS.Design, implement, test, debug, and deploy features and servicesfrom product specification. Work with the Product team to delivercode that addresses business needs.
    • Use andmanage relational SQL databases. Use SQL programming language toperform Create, Retrieve, Update, and Delete operations (DDL andDML commands). Design and implement database schema changes tosupport new features.
    • Understand the importanceof customer data. Proper handling of customer's sensitiveinformation. Build data driven products
    • Workwith global engineering teams and partners to deliver greatproducts into international markets. Design and implement tools toguarantee that remote teams are able to support partners' needs.Build APIs to deliver the data partners need inreal-time.
    • Build independently and/or takeownership of sets of features. Contribute to feature developmentacross the full life-cycle: requirements to implementation,requirement changes, follow-up implementation, and bugfixes.
    • Grow the engineering team. Providementorship and documentation for new engineers. Interview newcandidates for the team
    • Be willing to work in acollaborative environment. Participate in code reviews as aimportant part of the job. Be able to work collaboratively withother engineers using engineering practices but not limited to ,pair programming and TDD. Willing to work in an Agileenvironment.

    Requirements:

    • Experiencein financial technology services.
    • Bachelors (orMasters) in Computer Science or a closely relatedfield.
    • Creative and fast problem solvingcapabilities.
    • Good verbal and writtencommunication skills in English.
    • Ability towork in a fast paced environment with constant requirementchanges.
