    Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST

    Occasional Saturdays may be required

    **Requirements: **

  • 2+ years of appointment setting experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Native or C1 English proficiency.
  • Stable internet connection and a desktop computer (No laptops)
  • Working microphone and webcam
  • Comfortable providing a loom introduction video, showcasing personality and sales expertise
  • Eagerness to grow within the company culture Fluency in English is mandatory

    • **Responsibilities: **

  • Daily follow-up and prospecting for leads to give to closers, setting up 5-10 appointments a day for closers to make offers
  • Utilizing FollowUp Boss CRM for lead management and dialers
  • Confidently handling objections or rude sellers and building rapport conversations
