    We're currently seeking a Marketing Director to spearhead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies at Salient. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, engaging our target audiences, and generating demand for our cutting-edge process-based software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B SaaS technology marketing, a comprehensive understanding of the Intelligent Automation software landscape, and a blend of creative flair and analytical acumen to drive our company's growth forward.

    Not only will you contribute to the expansion and success of a well-established leader in the Intelligent Automation sector, but you'll also play a crucial role in the launch of an exciting new product.     Prerequisites

  • Must be living in Colombia and be able to be an employee in Colombia.
  • Proficiency in English is a requirement for this role.
  • A Visa for travel to the U.S. is highly desired, but not required.
  • You will be required to take an assessment test before being hired. The assessment test is a key part of our evaluation of candidates.
  • Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and target market.
  • Brand Management: Enhance and nurture the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Budget Management: Create and track a marketing budget and spending trajectory.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising, to generate leads and drive website traffic.
  • Content Creation: Lead the development of compelling and relevant content, including podcasts, blog posts, video shorts, whitepapers, case studies, to educate and engage our prospects globally.
  • Lead Generation: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns, optimizing the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Event Management: Plan and manage participation in industry events, trade shows, webinars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making informed decisions for continuous improvement.


  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B technology marketing, preferably in the software and/or process improvement consulting industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for solving business problems with software and a willingness to stay up to date with industry advancements.
