Venture Global Solutions is in search of a skilled Sales Representative to contribute to our sales success. To join the department's objectives, and performance, ensuring legal compliance and the implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

  • Location: Barranquilla

Role Overview
As the Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Your role will involve engaging with potential clients, collaborating across teams, and contributing to the execution of sales plans.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies aligned with business goals to increase brand revenue.
  • Engage with potential clients, nurture relationships, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure seamless alignment of sales efforts.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to refine strategies and measure the success of sales initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to capitalize on new prospects.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales roles, with a strong focus on working with digital brands.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets within a corporate environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics to drive informed sales decisions.
