    What You'll Do

    As the Senior Manager of Digital Experience,, you will beresponsible for developing and orchestrating B2B digital marketing initiatives, including outbound and inbound marketing campaigns and strategies, in close collaboration with the wider marketing and sales teams. You will act as a player / coach, providing platformand channel functional execution and expertisefor the digital experience teamas well as strategic planning and marketing best practices insights for campaign planning and channel optimization. You will also work closely with the CRM team to ensure marketing initiative tracking, data hygiene, KPI optimization, and next best action and lead acceleration.The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B digital marketing, inbound and outbound campaign planning, execution, and optimization.

    You'll report to the Executive Director of Marketing Operations and Digital Experience.

    During a Typical Day, You'll

  • Partner with teams across the Sales and Marketing organization to:
  • Strategize and optimize the digital experience across platforms, channels, websites, and throughout the customer journey.Orchestrate and execute outbound and inbound marketing campaigns and develop cadences to support the full buyer's journey, including providing ongoing insights and optimization recommendations.Ensure marketing data hygiene, tracking, and KPI optimization for Marketing campaigns and initiatives.Provide recommendations and execution support for pipeline acceleration campaigns, initiatives, and email campaigns.Strategize and orchestrate automated next best actions and buyer's journey acceleration strategies.
  • CoordinateMarTech platform optimization and utilization, digital marketing channel execution and optimization, and lead nurturing automation best practices.
  • Help choreograph multi-channel ABM campaigns in collaboration with the wider marketing team, based on campaign audiences, engagement goals, buyers' stage, and campaign budgets.

    • What You Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or CRM and lead management.
  • Ability to thrive as a player / coach, supporting functional execution of marketing initiatives as needed, while providing big picture strategic planning and coaching support for the wider digital experience team.
  • Proven track record of success:
  • Delivering successful B2B digital marketing campaigns, across multiple channels and audiences.Building and launching digital advertising within an Account Based Marketing advertising platform and experience building, monitoring, and optimizing Google Search Ads (SEM) and organic search (SEO) best practices for web content creation.Building, sequencing, and analyzing email campaigns, including sales signal routing, engagement scoring, and CRM tracking optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and KPIs into actionable insights and next best actions.
