    • ADVISE: We support our customers in the transformation of their HR function, through a redefinition of their HR organization and their system digitalization
    • IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main vendors in the market, we carry out technical and functional implementation projects of all HR solutions (SaaS or On-Premise)
    • RUN: With our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients several levels of payroll outsourcing

    The Employee Central Consultant will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of the solution to meet customer needs by using the best practices of the functional side. The EC Consultant will be able to lead the implementation projects by means of the appropriate documentation and use that this functionality provides. This position will be reporting to the project manager on the client side and the service Manager within HR Path.

    Employee Central Consultant Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Analysis of customer needs and mapping with functionality provided by Success Factors Employee Central.
    • Validation of requirements for applying the best practices
    • Be the main point of contact during the process implementation.
    • Perform the configuration of the SF Employee Central functionality based on best practices according to customer requirements
    • To carry out the necessary documentation of the solution and according to the client requirements as well as to carry out the functional transfer to the key users
    • To support the client in the realization of the test scenarios and the unit and integral tests of the solution.
    • Upgrade and deploy the SF EC solution
    • Ideal but not mandatory to have knowledge in EC Time Off
    • Be willing to travel at least 25%

    Required Professional Expertise:

    • Complete understanding of the management process of the life cycle of the employee in the organization
    • 3-5 years of experience in offering integrated talent management and personnel management solutions in different industries
    • With a minimum of 2 years of experience in the implementation of Success Factors with experience in Employee Central
    • Success Factors certificate in at least one of the modules.
    • Experience in project management methodology of Success Factors
    • Analysis of the business requirements and an analysis of the adjustment gap between the customer's requirements and the technological solution
    • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create a solution design for the Success Factors employee management solution in accordance with best practices
    • Provide guidance to the project team and train user communities (end users / BPO / superusers)
    • Strong learning capacity: agility and willingness to acquire new skills and quickly adapt to new tasks and environments
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Adapt quickly to new tasks and customer environments
    • English language
