    Kennedys is looking for an Associate to work on insurance litigation matters in our Bogotá office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, global law firm.

    Team

    Kennedys' office in Colombia opened in 2016 and is led by Partner Monica Tocarruncho Mantilla. The team specialize in insurance and reinsurance, with a particular emphasis on corporate, regulatory advice, contracts, commercial and dispute resolution.

  • 3-5+ years law firm insurance coverage and consulting experience
  • Experience of assisting on large cases in a global environment

  • Experience of arbitration and negotiation
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
