    What you'll do as a Social Media Expert:

  • Review content to ensure it meets the community guidelines, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality.
  • Work with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
  • Participate in frequent refresher training to ensure consistent implementation of appropriate policies.
  • Provide trends and insights to make recommendations and develop overall process and product improvements.
