    RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

  • Identificación de nuevos clientes a los cuales ofrecer nuestros servicios.
  • Obtener del cliente toda la información necesaria sobre sus productos y mercado, para determinar que servicios de la organización aplican a sus necesidades.
  • Identificar en cuentas prospecto y/o clientes las personas que toman las decisiones y aquellas que pueden llegar a influir en ellas; adicionalmente tener un contacto directo con la cuenta, desarrollando buenas relaciones con esos encargados y que dichas relaciones se mantengan de forma eficaz y positiva.
  • Identificar y crear las oportunidades dentro de las cuentas target asignadas a su cargo.
  • Evaluar las solicitudes de Productos y Servicios de los clientes y sugerir en cuales se debe participar.
  • Crear, comunicar y ejecutar estrategias de crecimiento y/o ventas de Productos y Servicios para el cliente asignado o posibles nuevos clientes.
  • Proponer mejoras en el manejo de la cuenta, e implementarlas previa aprobación de la Dirección.
  • Generar y presentar un plan de cuenta cuando sea requerido.
  • Contactar nuevos clientes y velar por la retención y fidelización de los mismos.

    • REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Profesional en las carreras de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de negocios, Finanzas o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en empresas del rubro de Tecnología de la Información, con roles similares.
  • Especialización, MBA o certificación relacionada con habilidades comerciales.
  • Inglés intermedio.
