    A Day in the Life

    Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas.

  • Responsable de la gestión, actualización, organización y seguimiento del archivo físico y digital de RRHH.
  • Proporciona apoyo a proyectos o programas a un grupo funcional o proceso de negocio.
  • Supervisa el estado y los cronogramas del programa/proyecto/sistema.
  • Aplica el conocimiento y la experiencia en las operaciones de la empresa para ayudar en el desarrollo, implementación y administración de las pautas y procedimientos del programa/sistema.
  • Reúne y compila información para crear informes.
  • Proporciona soporte técnico, que puede incluir capacitación sobre programas/sistemas, documentación de programas/sistemas, extracción de datos, revisión de datos, seguimiento y codificación.
  • Responsable de la administración y seguimiento de la cuota del SENA.
  • Programar y ejecutar sesiones mensuales de incorporación de nuevos empleados.
  • Participación en el proceso de contratación de nuevos empleados y elaboración de contratos.

    • Cualificaciones:

    Requisitos mínimos

  • 1 o 2 años de experiencia relacionada en procesos de RRHH, onboarding, bienestar o áreas afines.
  • Habilidades en manejo de bases de datos.
  • Dominio de MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Auto motivado.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral.
  • Se requieren excelentes habilidades de organización con capacidad para priorizar en un entorno acelerado y en constante cambio.
  • Capaz de gestionar el tiempo y completar múltiples proyectos de forma independiente y proactiva.
  • Debe mantener un alto nivel de confidencialidad.
  • Debe exhibir una conducta profesional y ser capaz de establecer relaciones.
  • Capacidad para manejar situaciones difíciles.
  • Capaz de interactuar con todos los niveles de gestión.

    • Deseable:

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio.
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en un entorno profesional de ritmo rápido.
  • Experiencia en multinacionales matriciales
  • Habilidades organizativas demostradas y orientación al detalle.
