  • Work for the Business intelligence department for one of largest energy-focused direct sellers in America
  • Ensure the successful completion of BI infrastructure projects on-time, and error-free.
  • Communicate directly with senior stakeholders on projects and show innovation and problem-solving skills in all elements of work.
  • Create end-to-end BI solutions for key stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze data to discover trends and patterns.
  • Ensure accuracy throughout the ETL processes.
  • Use data visualization techniques to present information.
  • Test, implement and document BI processes.

    • What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
  • 5 years+ with data manipulation.
  • 2 years+ working in data manipulation with Python.
  • 5 years + working with tools such as SQL, SAS, Snowflake is desired.
  • Strong experience in Tableau and/or Power BI is required.
  • Able to troubleshoot/debug data querying codes.
  • Able to understand industry and business logic.
  • Preferably with advanced knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
