    Auxiliar de Proceso - Quality Support

    Que harás:

    Asegurar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones establecidas de insumos/materiales, semielaborado, producto en proceso y/o producto terminado a través de inspecciones, calificación permanente de los estándares definidos, retroalimentación a las partes interesadas (Personal de planta, proveedores, áreas de apoyo e ingenieros de proceso), para que se tomen las acciones pertinentes, garantizando así la estabilidad del proceso, minimizar pérdidas por calidad (Materiales y PT) y garantizar la satisfacción del cliente

    Funciones:

    Ejecutar las políticas y medidas definidas por la organización; así como aquellas normas para el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de calidad, de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, de seguridad en la cadena de suministro y protección del ambiente, entre otras; establecidos en la legislación, las normas internas, los estándares establecidos, certificaciones y las buenas prácticas aplicables

    Inspeccionar variables y atributos de los productos y materiales según planes de seguimiento y medición establecidos generando alertas para la corrección inmediata de las desviaciones encontradas, analizando registros de control de variables y atributos de producto y proceso, gestionando cambios en las formas de control que favorezcan los resultados para así, minimizar las pérdidas y participando activamente de mecanismos que accionen las direcciones del día. (Escalera de reuniones, disciplina operativa, control de entradas)

    Generar avisos de reclamo y rechazo a proveedores, informes mensuales y hacer seguimiento a planes de acción de proveedores.

    Participar en los análisis de causas cuando hay desviaciones de proceso (PNC, Q&R)

    Generar y actualizar estándares necesarios, según resultado de ensayos, nuevos proyectos y/o pérdidas en los procesos, resultados de los primeros lotes y la necesidad de nuevos controles

    Cumplir con todas las funciones o direccionamientos relacionados al cargo o área, que sean asignadas por el líder inmediato; de acuerdo a necesidades del proceso y/o la compañía

    Velar por el cuidado y buen uso de los activos de la compañía

    Identificar y velar por el cumplimiento legal, así como el cumplimiento de estándares, normas, procedimientos y políticas de seguridad, calidad , medio ambiente corporativas y otras que se dispongan.

    Perfil:

    Tecnólogo en Calidad, industrial, procesos, química ó profesional en Ingeniería Química, industrial o procesos o áreas afines.

    Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en procesos de producción y/ procesos de calidad

    Análisis de información, manejo intermedio de Excel, SAP y Power point

    Atención al detalle, Servicio al cliente, trabajo en equipo, comunicación asertiva
