We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team.


Resposibilities:


  • Managing a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
  • Overseeing daily sales operations, ensuring sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasting sales performance.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing departments to align strategies and streamline operations.
  • Providing training, coaching, and feedback to the sales team to enhance their performance. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting sales data and trends to senior management.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a sales management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with Vanillasoft, Gsuite, Vicidial, and Slack is an asset.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work 4050 hours per week.

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission, Permanent


Salary:
$4,500,000 - $7,500,000 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Medellín, Antioquia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
