As a Welcome Call Specialist, you will be the friendly representative that greets our new clients, guiding them through an informative and engaging onboarding process.

Your primary goal is to create a welcoming and reassuring environment, building rapport and setting the tone for a lasting and positive relationship with clients We are looking for a friendly, approachable, and composed woman to join our Welcome Call team.

This role is greatly focused on being warm and welcoming, patient, and helpful within our awesome team.

Our Welcome Call team is a very special and valued group of people in our company who work closely with the sales team to onboard new customers, utilizing their exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Initiate welcome calls to new clients, serving as their first point of contact after being passed on from our sales team who you will also grow to know
Create a warm and friendly atmosphere during these introductory calls, putting clients at ease, answering questions they may have, and showing them around their new product. A woman is likely more suited for this role.
Provide an overview of the product/service, highlighting key benefits and features to ensure a clear understanding.
Customize conversations to address specific client needs, demonstrating your attentive and personalized approach.
Collaborate closely with our sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from the sales call to welcome call.
Maintain accurate and organized records of each interaction to facilitate future action and followups.

Strong active listening skills to identify client needs and tailor responses accordingly.
Proficient computer skills to navigate systems and record information accurately.
Attention to detail, ensuring that each interaction is accurately documented.
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate varying client personalities and communication styles.
Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role is a plus.
