- Collaborate with a dedicated team working in shifts 24/7/365.
- Take ownership of maintaining the uptime and functionality of the Cato production system, including active troubleshooting.
- Engage with relevant parties to pinpoint and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate with customers to update them on service status and address any concerns.
- Monitor system performance closely, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Implement measures to prevent outages and system glitches, ensuring minimal customer impact.
- Liaise with third-party service providers to resolve network/system issues effectively.
- Provide top-tier support to address critical issues promptly.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Cato's NOC team.
- Train and assist team members to bridge knowledge gaps and ensure a cohesive team.
- Participate in various projects and customer onboarding processes.
- Conduct Welcome calls with clients and serve as a focal point for support and field Engineering.
- Contribute to ongoing service enhancements by updating and refining processes and procedures.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level (REQUIRED).
- 1-2 years of experience in supporting and monitoring network systems.
- Background in roles such as Support Engineer, IT system administrator, NOC, or Network Operations Engineer.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Solid computer skills focusing on networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers.
- Experience with ISP, DNS, DHCP, NAT, HTTP/HTTPS protocols.
- Ability to interpret applicative system logs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Cloud and SaaS technologies.
- Understanding of network and security standards and protocols.
- General knowledge of networking tools like MTR, Wireshark, TCP/IP, CISCO, and Fortigate.
