    Position: Financial Analyst

    Industry : Commercial real estate

    Working Hours : M-F 10am-6pm PST

    Salary: 3500USD to 5000USD

    Type of contract : Independent contractor / Independent professional

    Responsibility/Duties of Position:

    The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in our Commercial Real Estate team, specializing in building Argus Models tailored specifically for commercial office properties.

    The primary responsibility of this role is to build, maintain, and optimize complex financial models using Argus software, ensuring accurate and robust analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.

    Requirements

    • Proficiency in Argus software is essential, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial real estate financial modeling.
    • Strong communication skills, with an ability to convey complex financial concepts effectively.
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field preferred.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
