    Requisitos:

    • 2 a 3 años trabajando en compensación (salarios, beneficios, etc)
    • Carrera preferiblemente terminada o a punto de acabar la carrera en Ingeniería, Finanzas, Administración o Economía
    • Excel: Avanzado con conocimiento en Macros
    • Conocimiento en estudios de competitividad (ideal en Mercer)
    • Inglés Avanzado (INDISPENSABLE)
