    We are searching for a Data Science Managerto lead our advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.
    This role is tailored for a strategic leader skilled intransforming complex data into actionable business insights. Thesuccessful candidate will mentor a dynamic team, drive data-centricstrategies, and uphold our commitment to data-driven decisionmaking at all organizationallevels.

    What you'll bedoing


    • Building andLeading a

    Data Organization:
    Develop and manage a comprehensivedata organization that encompasses Data Science, Data Analytics,and Data Engineering teams


    • Data ScienceLeadership:
    Direct a team of data scientists to create advancedmodels for predictive analytics and machine learning, tackling keyissues such as demand forecasting and task prioritization based oneconomic impact


    • Proactive Data Insights:
    Generate strategic insights by closely monitoring user engagementand performance data, influencing product development andoperational strategies


    • EmpoweringSelf-Service:
    Facilitate a culture of data-driven decision makingby empowering technical product managers and engineers withself-service analytics tools to independently extract and analyzedata


    • Data Analytics Management:
    Oversee adynamic team of data analysts working collaboratively with productmanagement and engineering to provide critical support inexperiment analysis and insightsdissemination


    • Advanced Dashboarding:
    Enhance and refine key operational dashboards to improveaccessibility and usability, providing critical data at a glance tosupport daily business decisions


    • StrategicAdvisory:
    Serve as a principal data consultant to the executiveteam, utilizing data-driven insights to guide strategic decisionsand highlight performance drivers


    • Communication and Storytelling:
    Utilize exceptional communicationskills to articulate complex data insights through compellingstories and presentations that resonate with allstakeholders.
    • +6 years in Data Analytics,Business Intelligence or Data Science, including a minimum of 3years in a leadership role within a high-growth, startupenvironment.
    • Expertise inadvanced analytics and data reporting, with a keen ability todistill complex datasets into meaningful businessdecisions.
    • Demonstratedcapability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing data teams ina dynamic, outcome-focused techenvironment.
    • Exceptionalleadership and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus onnurturing team growth and aligning data initiatives with businessgoals.
    • Proven ability toeffectively communicate complex data concepts and recommendationsto senior management, ensuring clarity and actionableinsights.
    • Extensive background informulating data strategies and managing data operationsefficiently.
    • Comprehensiveknowledge of data architecture, including Data Warehousing, ETLprocesses, and Data Integration.
    ●English level: B2 or above

    ● Plus:

    Advanced familiarity with our tech stack (BigQuery, Looker,Airbyte, and dbt)

    ● Plus:

    Extensive background in datagovernance.
