- Negociación y seguimiento a los acuerdos comerciales con sus clientes
- Cumplir con los objetivos de sell in, sell out y cartera para sus clientes
- Planear y administrar toda la inversión del cliente
- Realizar reuniones periódicas con las fuerzas de ventas de sus clientes, entrenamientos, presentación de actividades, concursos y otros derivados de su labor comercial
- Realizar todas las labores de seguimiento, cruce y control de saldos, solicitud de notas crédito, devoluciones y otros para garantizar una salud financiera del cliente
- Asegurar el recaudo de cartera en sus clientes
- Ejecutar planes de visibilidad, codificaciones, descodificaciones que garanticen el plan anual
- Mantener la relación con su cliente (basada en análisis financieros, rentabilidad, buen trato)

Planificar un desarrollo continuo a largo plazo, desarrollando las marcas de Beiersdorf dentro del negocio del cliente para ganar Market share, recorriendo todo el proceso de codificación, soporte a lanzamientos, exhibiciones y solución de problemas para que las marcas estén exhibidas y al alcance del consumidor. Será responsable por el manejo y desarrollo de los clientes distribuidores canal Tradicional, Euro y La Vaquita del canal Cadenas Regionales
