- Trabajar directamente con líderes de nivel senior en funciones y geografías para identificar y promover la transformación en nuestra organización
- Establecer estrategias de cambio y crear planes
- Identificar y evaluar los impactos del cambio en la organización con un enfoque en eficiencias y mejoras en procesos de extremo a extremo
- Definir, diseñar y ejecutar intervenciones estratégicas de cambio y transformación que impulsen el rendimiento empresarial, y que se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos de la organización
- Brindar apoyo para desarrollar la capacidad de cambio individual y organizacional en equipos de iniciativas y con partes interesadas e influir a través de una asociación continua, coaching activo y delimitación de roles apropiados
- Medir y monitorear la efectividad continua de las estrategias de cambio y transformación
- Un deseo de impulsar tu futuro y acelerar tu carrera y la siguiente experiencia y conocimiento
- Experiencia en la gestión de iniciativas de cambio en un entorno corporativo global
- Experiencia en la gestión e influencia de partes interesadas ejecutivas senior
- Conocimiento, experiencia y exposición a las mejores prácticas en gestión del cambio
- Experiencia en diseño de capacitación/instrucción
- Pasión por el cambio, capacidad para pensar en grande y no tener miedo de ponerse manos a la obra.
- Habilidades de comunicación excepcionales, con la capacidad de influir y comunicar eficazmente a niveles senior y directivos de la organización
- Habilidades analíticas y pensamiento estratégico.
- Demostrada capacidad para equilibrar el pensamiento estratégico con la ejecución operacional.
- Gestión de Stakeholders: Experiencia sólida en el manejo de múltiples stakeholders, incluidos altos ejecutivos.
- Habilidades de liderazgo de procesos, con experiencia demostrada construyendo y manejando de principio a fin diferentes procesos de cambio.
- Profesionales de Administración de Empresas, Negocios, Comunicación, Ingeniería y otras áreas afines.
- Posgrados y certificaciones de gestión del cambio son un plus
- 7+ años de experiencia laboral total, con al menos 4 en roles de gestión del cambio.
- Experiencia en Change Management: Experiencia sólida y comprobada en liderar procesos de gestión del cambio en proyectos digitales de diferente complejidad.
- Experiencia deseable en la gestión o liderazgo de implementaciones tecnológicas desde la perspectiva de gestión del cambio.
- Habilidades o experiencia en Project Management es un plus.
- Conocimiento sólido y aplicación práctica de metodologías de gestión del cambio.
- Idioma: Nivel de inglés intermedio-alto.

El Manager de Gestión del Cambio desempeñará un papel clave liderando la ejecución de proyectos de digitalización a nivel regional para Mondelez (Andino). Su enfoque principal será garantizar una transición efectiva a través de la implementación de estrategias de gestión del cambio.
