- Asegurar la frecuencia y cobertura de médicos y puntos de venta diarios.
- Entrenarse continuamente en producto y técnicas de venta para visita médica.
- Implementar coaching y mentoring en sus visitas diarias.
- Realizar análisis objetivo de herramientas closeup, ventas sell out, ventas sell in e IMS e implementar estrategias zonales.
- Asesorar estratégicamente desarrollo de tiendas de la piel.
- Liderar tareas relevantes del equipo.

Promover el uso de productos de Eucerin en médicos y droguistas, para lograr recomendación y cambio de hábito prescriptivo en el ámbito médico; entablandorelaciones con especialistas en Dermatología y Pediatría; conociendo y supliendo sus necesidades, visitándolos frecuentemente, manteniendo el panel actualizado con médicos y puntos de venta potenciales para nuestros productos, dando apoyo estratégico a tiendas de la piel y liderando tareas específicas del equipo.
Su Perfil:
Requisitos- Profesional en Administración y ventas- 2 a 4 años de experiência como visitador medico
Conocimientos- Habilidad analítica /estratégica para la toma de decisiones- Planificación y seguimiento- Excelente conocimiento y comprensión tanto del cliente como del consumidor- Habilidad para influir- Fuertes habilidades analíticas y de negociación- Habilidades de comprensión de pérdidas y ganancias- Inglés Básico
