    • Que harás

  • Definir la estrategia y los objetivos del área, coordinar con otras áreas para consolidar la información necesaria para las propuestas, revisar y aprobar las propuestas de licitación y representar a la compañía en negociaciones y reuniones con clientes y entidades licitantes, evaluando y gestionando los riesgos asociados con las licitaciones.
  • Participación proactiva y efectiva en licitaciones públicas y privadas en el sector de dispositivos médicos en Colombia, asegurando la expansión y consolidación de nuestra presencia en el mercado, ya sea de manera directa o indirecta
  • Conocimiento del sector salud en Colombia, incluyendo prestadores de servicio, aseguradores, sector público y distribuidores.
  • Liderazgo y habilidades de comunicación, debe liderar por influencia a las áreas funcionales y los negocios.
  • Capacidad analítica y estratégica para procesar la información de licitaciones y los resultados de esta y traducirla en información útil para los negocios.

    • Qué necesitas

  • Licenciatura en en Administración de empresas, ingeniería, derecho y/o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia previa en la gestión de licitaciones en el sector de dispositivos o equipos médicos en el sector público en Colombia.
  • Conocimiento del proceso profundo de licitación, requisitos legales y reglamentarios en el sector público, manejo SECOP I, II
  • Paquete Microsoft Office (excel, power point y word), power BI
  • Nivel intermedio Inglés
