    Delivery Senior Specialist

    Position: Delivery Manager-Network Planning for Airlines

    Position Type: Permanent

    Location: Bogota

    The art of Network Planning and Scheduling is at the heart of Airlines. It defines what an Airline intends to fly for a specific future period including routes, timing, aircraft assignments, and rotations. At the same time, it must satisfy operations constraints (crew, aircraft maintenance, airport curfew, passenger types (business, leisure, booking habits) and factor uncertain future environment (competition, pandemic evolution). At Amadeus, we want to re-invent the future of Network Planning with "SkySuite"; the next generation optimization, simulation, and data analytics solutions to help airlines improve their efficiency and profitability.

    Are you the next Delivery Manager we are looking for?

  • You will serve as subject Matter Expert (SME) for Amadeus software in Airline Network Planning and Scheduling on best practices and key business needs.
  • You will be responsible for customer relationship and communications, maintain timelines and customer deliverables.

    • In this role you'll:

  • Manage key projects, including timelines, and scope, with customers implementing Amadeus Network and Schedule Planning solutions, Sky suite
  • Create test plans and test cases
  • Represent and advocate for the customers business needs with internal stakeholders
  • Training customers on Sky suite tools
  • Ensure solution adoption of Sky suite with our Airline Customers

    • About the ideal candidate:

  • University Graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2 year+ of experience in a related field with preference given to candidates with experience working at an Airline. Extra consideration given to experience in Network and Schedule Planning.
  • Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of Network and schedule processes at an Airline
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.Strong project and or program management skills with ability to drive projects forwardStrong relationship management skills at multiple levels and across teams
