    Panagora Group is a woman-owned small business specializing in global health and international development that provides Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning services to the United States Agency for International Development in Colombia-USAID/Colombia through different contracts signed with the Mission for the execution of activities. Within the framework of its contractual responsibilities, Panagora provides the Mission with technical and advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making on the management of USAID/Colombia activities, shape the long-term strategic and programmatic direction of the Mission, and allow USAID/Colombia to comply with USAID's Evaluation Policy and USAID Automated Directives System (ADS) 201.
    Among the services that Panagora provides to USAID/Colombia is the development of investigations, special studies, and data analysis, whose main objective is to provide the Mission with timely and quality information that allows timely and informed decision-making regarding action plans and future activities to be developed within the framework of cooperation. Additionally, Panagora carries out special studies and data analysis for internal use that serve as input for the final result of other activities, evaluations, and other reports that it delivers for the Mission.
    Panagora is offering an exciting opportunity for an Assessment Consultant with experience in research and economic, social, and development issues to join our dynamic team. This role will provide you with a platform to further develop your skills and contribute to our mission.
    Responsibilities:
  • As an Assessment Consultant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including executing research and special studies, conducting data analysis, and managing staff and consultant teams. Your work will be crucial in maintaining our high-quality standards and meeting project timelines.
  • Under the leadership of the supervisor, support the management and timely delivery of all activities assigned to the research component, including but not limited to the design, planning, execution, and review of partial, preliminary, and final reports, as well as Use and Dissemination plans for the different products produced in accordance with Panagora and client's standards and needs.
  • Participate and collaborate with the different actors and stakeholders of the MELSA Activity in the creation, development, and implementation of assessment designs and methodologies.
  • Support the management of the portfolio of assessments assigned to the component, ensuring its implementation according to the established schedules and management of implementation bottlenecks in coordination with Panagora's management and sub-management.
  • Work in coordination with Panagora's operational areas in the operational aspects related to the research component, including but not limited to the management of subcontractors, consultants, and/or professional service providers in relation to preparation and/or updating of terms of reference, requests for contractual amendments, and management of payments and disbursements, travel requests, and/or other authorizations.
  • Collaborate with the Panagora Home Office team on the process for delivering the research component's products and reports. This includes timely delivery in accordance with the deadlines established in the activity's planning process and the agreements reached with USAID/Colombia.
  • Coordinate the development of studies and data analysis required by Panagora to be used as inputs in its evaluations and other studies or products in the process.

En el marco de sus responsabilidades contractuales, Panagora brinda a la Misión servicios técnicos y de asesoría para facilitar la toma de decisiones informadas sobre la gestión de las Actividades de USAID/Colombia, dar forma a la dirección estratégica y programática de la Misión en el largo plazo y permitir a USAID/Colombia cumplir con la Política de Evaluación del Sistema de Directrices Automatizadas de USAID (ADS) 201.
    Dentro de los servicios que brinda Panagora a USAID/Colombia se encuentra el desarrollo de investigaciones, estudios especiales y análisis de datos, cuyo objetivo principal es proporcionar a la Misión con información oportuna y de calidad que permita la toma de decisiones oportunas e informadas con respecto a los planes de acción y futuras actividades a desarrollar en el marco de la cooperación. Adicionalmente, Panagora realiza estudios especiales y análisis de datos para uso interno que sirven de insumo para el resultado final de otras actividades, evaluaciones y demás reportes que entrega a la Misión.
    Panagora se encuentra en búsqueda de un Consultor de Investigaciones con experiencia en investigación en temas económicos, sociales y de desarrollo para ser parte de su equipo de trabajo.
    Responsabilidades:
  • Como Consultor de Investigaciones, será responsable de una amplia gama de tareas, entre ellas el apoyo a la ejecución de investigaciones y estudios especiales, la realización de análisis de datos y la gestión de equipos de personal y consultores. Su trabajo será crucial para mantener nuestros estándares de alta calidad y cumplir los plazos de los proyectos.
  • Bajo la dirección del supervisor, apoyará la gestión y la entrega puntual de todas las actividades asignadas al componente de investigación, incluyendo, entre otras, el diseño, la planificación, la ejecución y la revisión de informes parciales, preliminares y finales, así como los planes de Uso y Difusión de los diferentes productos elaborados de acuerdo con las normas y necesidades de Panagora y del cliente.
  • Participar y colaborar con los diferentes actores y partes interesadas de la Actividad MELSA en la creación, desarrollo e implementación de diseños y metodologías de las investigaciones.
  • Apoyar la gestión del portafolio de investigaciones asignadas al componente, asegurando su implementación de acuerdo con los cronogramas establecidos y la gestión de cuellos de botella en la implementación en coordinación con la gerencia y subgerencia de Panagora.
  • Trabajar en coordinación con las áreas operativas de Panagora en los aspectos operativos relacionados con el componente de investigación, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la gestión de subcontratistas, consultores y/o proveedores de servicios profesionales con relación a la preparación y/o actualización de términos de referencia, solicitudes de modificaciones contractuales y gestión de pagos y desembolsos, solicitudes de viajes y/u otras autorizaciones.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de la Oficina Central de Panagora en el proceso de entrega de los productos e informes del componente de investigación. Esto incluye la entrega oportuna de acuerdo con los plazos establecidos en el proceso de planificación de la actividad y los acuerdos alcanzados con USAID/Colombia.
  • Coordinar el desarrollo de estudios y análisis de datos requeridos por Panagora para ser utilizados como insumos en sus investigaciones y otros estudios o productos del proceso.
