Descripción

The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and Spanish translation calls at the corporate office. This position collaborates closely with the Sales Support & Liaison Team Lead and Operations Supervisor, contributing significantly to customer, vendor, and business associate satisfaction.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Engages with customers through various channels to offer support and information regarding products or services.
Takes appropriate actions to resolve customer issues and concerns.
Maintains customer accounts and records interactions.
Utilizes expertise in specific products or services to address inquiries.
Performs assigned duties and tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrates excellent communication skills, including active listening.
Customer service-oriented with the ability to handle customer complaints.
Proficient in computer skills and adaptable to new software.
Knowledgeable or willing to learn about products/services.
Capable of performing job duties without endangering self or others.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Requires prolonged periods of desk work and computer usage.
Occasional lifting of objects up to 15 pounds.
