    Position: Customer Service Representative

    Working Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 p.m. CST Monday to Friday
    Salary: USD

    Responsibilities

    • Managing inbound calls providing information about services and resolving any questions or concerns callers may have.
    • Sign bookings with providers and ensure accurate documentation.
    • Effectively manage our CRM system, updating customer information and ensuring data accuracy.
    • Engage with customers via calls and emails, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
    • Assist in various marketing activities, including content creation, social media management, and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination of property management tasks.
    • Utilize tools such as Jobber, Koala, and Slack for efficient task management.
    • Proficient in Google Workspace and Canva for document creation and design tasks.
    • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality, especially in property management matters.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
    • Experience in sales-oriented service roles.
    • Proficiency in using G-suite and Slack for communication and collaboration.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at an English B2 level.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Preferably worked with Airbnb or similar property management platforms.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience using Booking CRMs such as Booking Koala, Jobber, or House Call Pro.
    • Familiarity with social media marketing strategies and tools.
