    Sales Suppor Analyst

    Acompañar el desarrollo del modelo analítico para el equipo comercial soportado en la analítica avanzada de datos entregando constantemente insigths importantes para soportar la toma de decisiones que detone en acciones para alcanzar mejores resultados en ventas. Evaluar el desempeño del área a través de indicadores analíticos presentando resultados en los diferentes puntos de contacto para la creación de nuevas estrategias comerciales

    Responsabilidades

    • Brindar soporte y acompañamiento con toda la información de ventas actualizada que requiere la dirección comercial asignada entregando reportes y presentaciones con valor agregado para el seguimiento, diagnósticos integrales y toma de decisiones.
    • Acompañar el proceso de revisiones de negocios de las marcas presentando los insights más relevantes alrededor de la información de sell in como complemento para la toma de decisiones tácticas y estratégicas.
    • Contribuir con el propósito de mejora de procesos y eficiencias dentro del equipo de Analítica Comercial, revisando y liderando los procesos de automatización y migración de reportería aplicable de manera gradual hacia la herramienta de visualización predominante en la compañía.
    • Mantenimiento de fuentes y datos maestros para la administración y correcta visualización de la información comercial en los diferentes tableros.
    • Brindar capacitación al personal comercial que ingresa a la compañía en manejo de la herramienta AFO (Analysis for Office) y en conocimiento de los reportes que se generan.

    Que buscamos?

    • Formación profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos, Ingeniería Administrativa, Economista, áreas administrativas o afines.
    • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en analítica preferiblemente en el área comercial o de mercadeo.
    • Herramientas de visualización: Power BI (DAX) indispensable.
    • Herramientas de manejo de datos:
      • Excel (avanzado), SQL (intermedio) indispensables
      • Power query/Power automate opcionales
    • Herramientas de desarrollo: Python (básico)
    • Nivel de Inglés requerido (B1).
    • Persona con orientación al resultado, comunicación efectiva, empoderamiento, pensamiento analítico/estratégico y mejoramiento continuo
