    Your team's dynamic:

    We seek an energetic and driven Technology Partner Manager to join our team and manage our strategic technology partnerships across Latin America. You will play a crucial role in driving pipeline growth, fostering strong relationships with named partners, and ensuring the success of joint business and marketing initiatives.

    What your day will look like:

    • Manage and cultivate relationships with key technology partners, ensuring alignment and mutual business growth
    • Drive pipeline growth with each named partner by identifying opportunities and developing joint business strategies
    • Prepare and present monthly reports on partnership progress and pipeline status to senior management
    • Secure funding for joint events and initiatives to enhance partner collaboration and market presence.
    • Attending partner events and summits to represent the company, foster relationships, and explore new business opportunities
    • Manage all business and marketing efforts with partners, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to support partner needs and drive joint success
    • Develop and implement partner enablement programs to ensure partners are well-equipped to promote and sell our solutions
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge
    • Maintain detailed knowledge of our product offerings and market conditions to effectively support partners and drive growth

    More about you:

    • 5+ years of experience in technology partner management, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various levels
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare and present detailed reports
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems
    • Ability to travel as required to attend partner events and meetings
    • Proficiency in English (written and conversation)

    • Experience in the IT or technology industry is preferred, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and trends.

    Cómo será tu día a día:

    • Gestionar y cultivar relaciones con socios tecnológicos clave, asegurando la alineación y el crecimiento empresarial mutuo
    • Impulsar el crecimiento de la cartera de proyectos con cada socio designado mediante la identificación de oportunidades y el desarrollo de estrategias comerciales conjuntas
    • Preparar y presentar informes mensuales sobre el progreso de la asociación y el estado del proceso a la alta dirección
    • Garantizar financiamiento seguro para eventos e iniciativas conjuntos para mejorar la colaboración de los socios y la presencia en el mercado
    • Asistir a eventos y cumbres de socios para representar a la empresa, fomentar relaciones y explorar nuevas oportunidades comerciales
    • Gestionar todos los esfuerzos comerciales y de marketing con los socios, garantizando una ejecución perfecta y el máximo impacto
    • Colaborar con equipos internos, incluidos ventas, marketing y gestión de productos, para satisfacer las necesidades de los socios e impulsar el éxito conjunto.
    • Desarrollar e implementar programas de habilitación de socios para garantizar que estén bien equipados para promover y vender nuestras soluciones
    • Monitorear las tendencias de la industria y las actividades de la competencia para informar decisiones estratégicas y mantener una ventaja competitiva
    • Mantener un conocimiento detallado de nuestras ofertas de productos y las condiciones del mercado para apoyar eficazmente a los socios e impulsar el crecimiento

    Un poco más sobre ti:

    • Más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de socios tecnológicos, ventas o un campo relacionado, con un historial comprobado de gestión y crecimiento de asociaciones estratégicas
    • Licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing, Comunicación, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado; o experiencia equivalente
    • Fuertes habilidades interpersonales con la capacidad de construir y mantener relaciones en varios niveles
    • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, con capacidad para articular conceptos complejos de forma clara y eficaz
    • Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para preparar y presentar informes detallados
    • Automotivado y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente con una supervisión mínima, y ​​al mismo tiempo colaborar en equipo
    • Dominio de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) y experiencia con sistemas CRM
    • Posibilidad de viajar según sea necesario para asistir a eventos y reuniones de socios
    • Dominio del inglés (escrito y conversación)
