    Product Specialist (Costumer Support)

    Supports the Product Manager in optimizing the offering portfolio and return on investment. Ensures that ABB has a full understanding of market requirements in a specific area and can transform those requirements into offering specifications and development activities. Performs various offering lifecycle activities supporting the development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.

    Your responsibilities

    • Technical support to customers (pre-sales and post-sales).
    • Management and administration of retie certification.
    • Handling of lists and prices.
    • Development of applications (low voltage).
    • Management of sales campaigns.

    Your background

    • Bachelor ́s Degree in Electrical, Electromechanical or Industrial Engineering.
    • 3 years of experience working in similar position.
    • Knowledge in low voltage devices and solutions.
    • Customer experience.
    • Experience in MS Office (Excel), big data management and Power BI is a plus.
    • English desirable.
